Family Practice For Sale in Andrews North Carolina

We are a small town family general practice located in the mountains of North Carolina.  We work 3 days per week currently - we collect $500k.  We are Fee For Service.  There is much potential for growth by adding more hours.  We have been here for 39 years.  We have a good recall program with around 1,000 patients scheduled but many are past due.We have a 3D cone beam which is fairly new - Planmeca.  We have 4 operatories with good Adec equipment.  The real estate is for sale and can be added on to if the new owner desires.  The staff is solid and the seller is willing to work a transition if needed.
