This Practice was established in 1968 and acquired by Seller in 2009. Ideally, the transition would be for the Seller to go down to two or three days per week and retire in the next few years. The Facility is beautifully appointed and up to date. Located on the first floor of a two-story building, there is good handicap access and parking. There are four operatories in 1600 ft.².  They utilize Eaglesoft with Schick digital x-rays. The facility was renovated in 2014 They are referring out molar Endo, impacted third molars, perio surgery, and implant placement. 80% of practice revenue is through insurance, while 20% is fee for service. They do not accept any capitation or Medicaid. The community is approximately 25% high-income, 67% middle-income, and 8% low-income. Some major employers are the State of Connecticut, Raytheon, and several educational institutions.
