Endodontic Practice for Sale also seeking and Equity Associate

We have a well established, endodontic office in the medical district. We have four operatories with four global microscopes. We utilize a CBCT unit. We historically average $1.4 million per year with an overhead slightly more than 50%. We are open four days per week. We own our condo which is 2600 ft.². We have a very tin yard and loyal staff of seven. We are in network with insurances a typical day is five consults and 5 to 6 starts and 5 to 6 finishes. We utilize Eaglesoft software. We would like to work a couple of more years alongside a new owner or an associate that wants to come in and purchase within 1 to 2 years.
